摘 要:以渐开线直齿轮为例,基于实测的误差值,依据基本的运动几何学理论建立齿轮传动模型。根据齿面误差、齿距误差和齿轮轴线误差的测量原理,将误差信息添入到模型中;通过判断两齿面距离最短点所在位置,实现齿面接触类型的辨识,综合考虑了齿面啮合和各类边缘接触的情况;通过判断多对齿面接触时传递速度最快的齿面,实现了齿面交替传动。该模型实现了考虑误差时的齿轮接触传动分析,并可推广应用到其他类型的齿轮传动分析中,为考虑误差时的齿轮传动分析提供了新方法。This paper established an involute gear transmission model based on the measured error value and the principle of kinematic geometry. According to the measurement principle of tooth surface error, tooth pitch error and gear axis error,the error information is added to the model. By judging the position of the shortest point between the two tooth surfaces,the identification of the tooth surface contact type is realized, therefore the tooth surface meshing and various edge contact conditions can be comprehensively considered. By judging the tooth surface with the fastest transmission speed when multiple pairs of tooth surfaces are in contact, the tooth surface alternate transmission is realized. This model realizes the gear transmission analysis when the error is considered, and can be applied to other types of gear analysis, which provides a new method for the gear transmission analysis when the error is considered.
