摘 要:针对当前模型桨叶的标定夹具设计主要依靠设计人员逐个地手工测量桨叶三维模型尺寸值存在效率低、易出错、设计周期和质量得不到保障等问题,研究了一种主模型驱动的模型桨叶标定夹具变型设计方法。该方法基于复杂网络理论和主模型思想,以标定夹具与模型桨叶间的装夹特征主尺寸绘建尺寸约束网络图,建立尺寸间映射关系,并保存在主模型的属性中,由此构建可驱动变型的夹具变型设计主模型。该主模型以新模型桨叶的装夹特征主尺寸为输入即可快速驱动变型生成新标定夹具。同时,开发模型桨叶标定夹具变型设计系统,验证了该方法可行性。Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, easy to make mistakes, design cycle and quality cannot be guaranteed in the current design of calibration fixture for model blade, which mainly relies on the designer to measure the dimension value of three-dimensional model of blade one by one, a variant design method of calibration fixture for model blade driven by master model is studied. Based on the theory of complex network and the idea of master model, the dimension constraint network diagram is drawn with the main dimension of the fixture and model blade as the node, and the mapping relationship between dimensions is established, which is saved in the attributes of the master model, and then the master model of fixture variant design which can drive variant is constructed. The master model takes the main dimension of the clamping feature of the model blade as the input, which can quickly drive the variant to generate a new calibration fixture.At the same time, the modified design system of calibration fixture for model blade is developed, which verifies the feasibility of the method.
