摘  要:在自动化设备中凸轮机构的凸轮轮廓曲线非常复杂,给精准建立凸轮的三维模型带来了一定的困难,同时精度低的凸轮不能满足后期机构的分析和凸轮的加工要求。保证凸轮轮廓曲线的精确性需要根据凸轮曲线的设计原理、从动件的运动规律来推导出从动件位移和凸轮转角之间的运动规律方程,再依据方程绘制凸轮轮廓曲线。文中以余弦加速度运动规律的空间凸轮为例,介绍了基于UG NX的空间凸轮参数化设计方法。In the automation equipment,the cam contour curve of the cam mechanism is very complicated,which brings certain difficulties to the accurate establishment of the three-dimensional model of the cam,the low-precision cam cannot meet the analysis of the later mechanism and the processing requirements of the cam.To ensure the accuracy of the cam profile curve,it is necessary to derive the motion law equation between the displacement of the follower and the cam angle according to the design principle of the cam profile and the motion law of the follower,and draw the cam profile curve according to the equation.This paper takes the spatial cam with the law of cosine acceleration motion as an example to introduce the parametric design method of the spatial cam based on UG NX.
