摘 要:制动盘和摩擦片之间产生共振时会影响二者之间的接触状况,从而导致摩擦副之间的接触恶化,严重时会引起制动失效。文中基于三维实体软件SolidWorks建立了轨道车辆盘形制动系统。针对车辆盘形制动系统振动噪声问题,利用ABAQUS建立了车辆盘形制动的有限元模型。利用模态分析方法,分别对制动盘、摩擦片和盘形制动耦合系统进行模态分析。得到了制动盘、摩擦片和盘形制动系统的模态频率与振型。研究表明,当制动盘与制动片发生周向共振时,制动过程便会产生噪声,共振频率为2740.9 Hz。The resonance between the brake disc and the friction plate will affect the contact between the two, resulting in the deterioration of the contact between the friction pairs, which will seriously lead to brake failure. This paper establishes the disc brake system of rail vehicle based on SolidWorks. Aiming at the vibration and noise problem of vehicle disc brake system, the finite element model of vehicle disc brake is established by ABAQUS. The modal analysis method is used to analyze the brake disc, friction plate and disc brake coupling system. The modal frequencies and modes of brake disc,friction plate and disc brake system are obtained. The results show that when the brake disc and friction plate have circumferential resonance, the braking process will produce noise, and the resonance frequency is 2740.9 Hz.
