摘 要:基于光学对刀仪对刀成本较高和机械对刀方法效率较低的原因,针对Z轴对刀已经有了比较先进的接触式自动对刀的方法。文中设计的简易非接触式Z轴对刀器的光电开关安装在分离式安装支架上,当刀具沿Z轴向下移动遮挡光源时,光电开关接收端触发信号,使数控机床SKIP信号跳转,并通过宏程序读取刀具当前位置坐标,计算长度补偿值输入到刀偏表中。该对刀器可满足对刀精度和使用性能要求,无机械传动间隙和对刀接触面直径大小的限制,适应性好且经济耐用。Due to the high cost of optical tool setting and the low efficiency of mechanical tool setting methods, there have been more advanced contact automatic tool setting methods for Z-axis tool setting. This paper designs a simple non-contact Z-axis tool setter. The photoelectric switch is installed on a separate mounting bracket. When the tool moves down along the Z axis to block the light source, the photoelectric switch receives the trigger signal to make the SKIP signal of the CNC machine tool jump, and the current position coordinates of the tool are read through the macro program, and the length compensation value is calculated and input into the tool offset table. The tool setting device can meet the requirements of tool setting accuracy and performance, and there is no restriction on the size of the mechanical transmission gap and the diameter of the tool contact surface, and it has good adaptability and is economical and durable.
