摘　　要：以既有住宅绿色改造住户满意度作为研究对象,基于理论体系以及既有住宅绿色改造的内容并借鉴相关文献研究建立住户满意度评价指标体系,提出研究框架,以期为提升既有住宅绿色改造住户满意度提供理论依据;通过实证分析利用模糊综合评价法测算南京艺苑村小区绿色改造的住户满意度,结果表明,居民对居住环境、配套设施、物业管理、质量感知比较满意,而对政策感知的满意度一般,对公众参与的满意度较低,需要提高。Taking the residents′satisfaction with the green renovation of existing houses as the research object,based on the theoretical system and the content of the green renovation of existing houses,and drawing on relevant literature studies to establish a household satisfaction evaluation index system,and put forward a research framework to improve the green renovation of existing houses.Satisfaction provides a theoretical basis;through empirical analysis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the satisfaction of residents in the green renovation of Nanjing Yiyuan Village.Satisfaction is average,but satisfaction with public participation is low and needs to be improved.
