摘 要:为研究谷物清理筛振幅、振动频率和振动方向角对筛分效率的影响,本文基于离散单元法,针对长圆孔筛板筛分杂质含量为2%的小麦籽粒,采用正交试验原理对振动清理筛进行14组仿真实验。结果表明,振幅4 mm、振动频率12 Hz、振动方向角20°时,筛分效率最大,达到92.99%,本研究为谷物清理筛筛分效率分析和设备参数设定提供依据。In order to study the influence of the amplitude, vibration frequency and direction angle of the grain cleaning sieve on the screening efficiency. This article is based on the discrete element method to screen wheat grains with an impurity content of 2% on a long round hole sieve plate. Based on the principle of orthogonal test, 14 groups of simulation experiments were carried out on the vibrating cleaning screen. The results show that when the amplitude is 4 mm, the vibration frequency is 12 Hz,and the vibration direction angle is 20°, the screening efficiency reaches 92.99%. This study provides a basis for the analysis of the screening efficiency of grain cleaning and screening and the setting of equipment parameters.
