摘 要:以吉林省四平市大棚黑土中的一株放线菌PTY-3为试验菌株,以乙醇浓度、时间、温度和料液比为自变量,色素提取液的吸光度值为因变量,采用超声波辅助溶剂法提取色素。结果表明绿色素的最优提取条件为:在乙醇浓度50%,超声时间60 min,超声温度50℃,料液比1∶30(g·mL^(-1))的条件下,提取的绿色素的吸光度平均值为0.631。The actinomycete PTY-3 isolated from the black soil of Siping City, Jilin Province was used as the test strain, the pigment of a strain PTY-3 was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted solvent method with concentration of ethanol solution, time, temperature and ratio of solid to liquid as the independent variables and absorbance as dependent variable.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of green pigment were as follows: ethanol concentration of 50%,ultrasonic time for 60 min, extraction temperature of 50 ℃, and ratio of solid-liquid 1:30( g·mL^(-1)). The absorbance of green pigment was 0.631.
