摘 要:针对目前建筑各方责任主体中供货单位应用BIM技术的不足,在分析供货单位地位的基础上,研究总结供货单位应用BIM技术的流程,分析供货单位与其他建筑责任主体间的协同工作模式,并进行实际工程应用.结果表明,供货单位应用BIM技术可提升供货单位与其他责任主体间信息共享的水平,在建筑工程项目设计-施工-运维等多个阶段效益明显.In view of the shortage of BIM technology application by the supplier among the main responsible entities of the construction parties at present,and by analyzing the role and status of the Supplier in construction,this paper summarizes the procedure of suppliers’BIM technology application,studies the collaborative operation mode between the supplier and other responsible parties for construction,and puts forward the actual engineering application.The results show that the use of BIM technology by the supplier can improve the level of information sharing between the supplier and other responsible entities of the construction parties,hence obvious benefits gained in multiple stages of the design,construction,operation and maintenance of construction projects.
