装配式住宅与现浇住宅经济指标对比分析研究

摘　　要：目前装配式建筑的应用较为广泛,但装配式建筑工程的成本控制尚存在问题。本文以某小区住宅单体为实例,对比研究装配式住宅单体工程的经济指标与现浇住宅单体工程的经济指标的差异,分析装配式建筑的经济指标,采用定性分析方法与定量分析方法相结合的方式关注装配式建筑的成本控制问题。At present,the application of prefabricated building is more and more extensive,but questions still exist in the cost control of prefabricated building.Taking a residential unit as an example,this paper compares the difference of economic index of the prefabricated residential unit project with economic index of the cast-in-place residential unit project,analyzes the economic index of the prefabricated building project in detail,prefabricated building uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to focus on cost control issues.
