摘 要:匹配理论是一种常见的选择优化方法,可以解决PPP项目政企互选的问题,但传统政企匹配算法仅考虑政府、企业主体之间的需求,忽视了企业对项目的偏好与需求。本文站在咨询公司的角度,提出一种基于区间直觉模糊理论的政企匹配模型,可以兼顾政企主体间的需求以及企业对于项目的需求,同时利用区间直觉模糊理论解决复杂问题中精确打分不易获得的问题,最后与传统加权打分法进行对比,验证其有效性。Matching theory is a common selection optimization method that can solve the problem of mutual selection between government and enterprise in PPP projects.However,traditional government-enterprise matching algorithms only consider the needs of the government and business entities,and ignore the preferences and needs of enterprises for projects.From the perspective of a consulting company,this paper proposes a government-enterprise matching model based on interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory,which can take into account the needs of government and enterprise entities and the needs of the other party’s projects.At the same time,it uses interval intuitionistic fuzzy theory to solve complex problems which is not easy to obtain accurate goals.Finally compares with the traditional weighted scoring method to verify its effectiveness.
