摘　　要：2021年12月3日下午,中共中央总书记、国家主席习近平在北京同老挝人民革命党中央总书记、国家主席通伦通过视频连线共同出席中老铁路通车仪式。全国政协副主席、国家发展和改革委员会主任何立峰主持仪式。中老双方有关部门和地方负责人、工程建设者代表、有关国家驻昆明总领事、驻老使节等分别在中国昆明站分会场、老挝万象站分会场参加仪式。Xi Jinping,general secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC)Central Committee and Chinese president,attended the opening ceremony of the China-Laos Railway with Thongloun Sisoulith,general secretary of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party Central Committee and Lao president via video link on the afternoon of December 3,2021.On behalf of the CPC,the Chinese government and the Chinese people,Xi extended congratulations on the opening of the China-Laos Railway and hailed the builders of the two countries.
