摘　　要：同饮一江水,共筑同心梦。中老铁路是“一带一路”倡议下中国在老挝落地的首个项目,也是老挝国家“八五”规划的1号重点项目,承载着老挝“变陆锁国为陆联国”的伟大梦想。中老铁路的建成将为沿线地区经济社会发展带来强劲的动力,对于解锁老挝陆路交通困局、实现老挝“工业现代化”长远战略具有划时代的重要意义。中老两国合作共赢、共同发展的构想,也在前赴后继的铁路建设洪流中愈发明晰。In mid-April,all parts of Laos were filled with joy and festivity during the Water-splashing Festival,the country's equivalent of the Chinese New Year.In Na Teuy Village near the Na Teuy Beam Fabrication Yard,villagers sang,danced and splashed water on each other in the street.The car from the Project Department was stopped by enthusiastic villagers when entering the village.As soon as the employees got off,a“Sabaidee”(“Hi”in English)was greeted with a shower of ice water filled with blessings,followed by a glass of Lao beer with ice.The Chinese license plate,the national flag of China printed on the working clothes,and the Chinese engineers had all left a good impression on the locals,hence they were extremely enthusiastic and friendly to these“railway builders”.
