摘　　要：城市坐标系是一个城市建设和发展的基础,建设项目的规划、设计、施工、验收等环节更是与之息息相关。由此,文章以规范对城市坐标系的相关技术要求作为出发点,探讨城市坐标系建立所必需的技术参数,以及在实际应用过程中的坐标转换等问题。The urban coordinate system is the basis of urban construction and development,and the planning,design,construction and acceptance of construction projects are closely related to it.Therefore,taking the relevant technical requirements of urban coordinate system in the code as the starting point,this paper discusses the necessary technical parameters of establishing urban coordinate system and the coordinate transformation in the process of practical application.
