摘　　要：针对房地一体的不动产权调查数据库建立过程中户籍信息量复杂、人工整理工作量大、易出错等问题,设计了一套以百度OCR文字识别为基础,通过Python Xlrd和Xlwt库,将身份证和户口本信息按关键词录入Excel台账中,再利用基于C#语言的AutoCAD二次开发的FIPRS-IDPH软件进行台账属性挂接以完成数据库建设的完整方案。Aiming at the problems of complex household registration information,heavy manual sorting work,and error prone in the process of establishing the real estate survey database,a set of Baidu OCR character recognition system is designed,and the ID card and residence booklet information are recorded in the Excel account by keywords based on Python Xlrd and Xlwt Library.Then the FIPRS-IDPH software based on the secondary development of C#language and AutoCAD is used to connect the account attributes to complete the full scheme of database construction.
