摘  要:针对某单层工业厂房屋面预应力混凝土双T板端部开裂情况,利用有限元软件Abaqus进行计算分析,发现双T板支座端部存在构造不佳、易出现初始裂缝的问题,在施工过程中未按照构造要求施工、使用过程中温度变化等产生的不利效应对双T板受力影响不能忽略。针对双T板存在的问题提出处理措施,对已有开裂构件进行加固,处理效果良好。Aiming at the cracking of the prestressed concrete double-T plate on the roof of a single-storey industrial plant building,the finite element software Abaqus is used to analyze the double-T plate.It is found that there are some problems such as poor structure detailing and easily cracking at the end of the support.The influence of the arrangement process during construction and the effect of temperature during service period cannot be ignored.In view of the existing problems,the improvement measures are proposed,and the existing components with cracks are reinforced.The treatment results are achieved.
