摘 要:本文以羟基丙烯酸分散体和氨基树脂为主要反应物制备了水性氨基烤漆,研究了二丙二醇丁醚(DPnB)、乙二醇丁醚(BCS)、二乙二醇丁醚(DGBE)、丙二醇甲醚(PM)、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PMA)、异丙醇(IPA)6种成膜助剂对水性氨基烤漆性能的影响。通过对样品进行动态、静态流变性的表征以及粒径测试,研究了各成膜助剂的作用机理。结果表明:PM对氨基树脂和羟丙分散体树脂都有较好的相容性,其作用在水相和分散体粒子之间,有利于分散体在成膜前体系的稳定性。同时使用PM为成膜助剂时,漆膜具有较快的表干速度,干燥后表现出较好的力学性能。经130℃烘烤25 min后,漆膜的60°光泽达89.5,柔韧性达1 mm,冲击正冲50 cm,反冲50 cm,铅笔硬度H,说明PM是本研究氨基烤漆体系的最佳成膜助剂。In this paper,a waterborne amino baking coatings was prepared by waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion and amino resin. The influence of six coalescent additives,DPnB,BCS,DGBE,PM,PMA and IPA on the properties of waterborne amino baking coatings was investigated. Static and dynamic rheological characterization and particle size distribution were tested to demonstrate the working mechanism of different coalescent additives. The results indicated that PM exhibited good compatibility with both hydroxyl acrylic dispersion and amino resin,which functioned at the interface of latex particles and water phase,resulting in the improvement of the storage stability of the system before coalescence. Moreover,by use of PM as coalescent additive,the coatings displayed fast drying and better mechanical properties after drying. After heating at 130 ℃ for 25 min,the coatings film showed a high gloss of 89. 5(60°),flexibility of 1 mm,direct impact and reverse impact strength of 50 cm,pencil hardness of H,demonstrating that PM could be the most practical coalescent additive in this waterborne amino baking coatings system.
