摘 要:研究目的:电气化铁路接触网系统在抗震设计方面缺乏系统的理论研究,未形成完善的抗震设防策略,影响电气化铁路可靠性设计和技术体系的发展。本文根据相关规范规程和实际工程经验,结合接触网系统自身服役特点,研究接触网系统抗震设防的思路、目标、方法和流程等,形成系统的抗震设防策略,从而为电气化铁路接触网系统抗震设计技术提供指导。研究结论:(1)结合接触网系统的设计使用年限,提出了“地下部分两水准”“地上部分三水准”的抗震设防目标;(2)结合接触网系统服役特性,提出了接触网系统主要的抗震减震策略;(3)提出了接触网系统抗震设计流程,构建了接触网系统抗震设防策略;(4)本研究成果可为电气化铁路防灾减灾设计提供参考。Research purposes:The overhead contact system(OCS)of electrified railway lacks of systematic theoretical research in seismic design,and has not formed perfect design methods and steps,which has affected the development of its reliability design and the establishment of technical system.According to the relevant regulations and practical engineering experience,combined with the service characteristics of the OCS,this paper studies the seismic fortification ideas,objectives,methods and processes,and forms the seismic fortification strategy of the OCS,which can provide references for the seismic design for the OCS in electrified railway.Research conclusions:(1)The seismic fortification targets of "two levels of underground parts"and"three levels of ground parts"are proposed according to the design and service life of the OCS.(2)Combined with the service characteristics of the OCS,its main aseismic strategy is proposed.(3)The seismic design process is put forward,and the systematic seismic fortification strategy of the OCS is proposed.(4)The research results can provide reference for the design of disaster prevention and reduction of electric railway.
