摘 要:竞技体育后备人才培养是一项庞大的系统工程,在保障竞技体育健康可持续发展方面起着关键性的作用。为全面了解竞技体育后备人才培养的目标、内容和方法,运用文献考证、逻辑思辨和经验分析等方法,从生态动力学理论视角对竞技体育后备人才培养进行了重新解构。结论:提升运动员与运动情境之间功能关系(运动功能性)的稳固性、高效性是竞技体育后备人才培养的最终目标;受个体制约因素影响的选材、受任务制约因素影响的训练与比赛、受环境制约因素影响的竞技氛围构建构成了竞技体育后备人才培养的主体内容。选材层面需要注意包容性、开放性和全面性,训练与比赛层面需要重视多学科复合型执教团队的构建和高质量运动情境训练的精心设计,竞技氛围构建层面需要注意系统统合资源、制度、文化等环境制约因素。The cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports is a huge systemic project,which plays a key role in ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of competitive sports.In order to fully understand the goal,content and methods of the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports,the study uses methods such as literature research,logical speculation and empirical analysis to re-deconstruct the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports from the perspective of ecological dynamics theory.The study concluded that the ultimate goal of the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports is to enhance the stability and efficiency of the functional relationship between athletes and sport contexts(sport functionality).The selection of athletes influenced by individual constraints,the training and competition influenced by task constraints and the constructing of competitive climate influenced by environmental constraints constitute the main contents of the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports.At the level of the selection of athletes,attention should be paid to inclusiveness,openness and comprehensiveness;at the level of training and competition,attention should be paid to the construction of multidisciplinary coaching teams and the careful design of high-quality sports contextual training;at the level of competitive climate construction,attention should be paid to the systematic integration of resources,institutions,culture and other environmental constraints.
