村落农民体育扶贫的三维理论认知与实践路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,从本质内涵、特有属性、核心要义三个维度透析村落农民体育扶贫的基本理论认知。结论:以体脱贫,实现物质与精神双脱贫是村落农民体育扶贫的底色,体现其本质内涵;发挥政策优势和政治势能,激发脱贫的内生动力是村落农民体育扶贫的特有属性,体现其特色;实现共同富裕是亮点,凸显村落农民体育扶贫的深层意蕴,揭示了其核心要义。实践中,应从“精准识别——厘定标准与因地施策、精准管理——分类指导与重点突破、精准帮扶——模式创新与机制优化”等方面探寻村落农民体育扶贫的应然路径,实现脱贫致富的目标。Using the methods of literature and logical analysis,the basic theoretical perceptions of village peasant sports for poverty alleviation are analysed in three dimensions,its essential connotation,unique attributes and core meaning.Conclusion:To combat poverty through sports and to achieve both material and spiritual poverty alleviation is the underlying colour of village farmers'sports for poverty alleviation,reflecting its essential connotation.To give full play to policy advantages and political potentials to stimulate endogenous motivation for poverty eradication is the unique attribute of village peasant sports for poverty alleviation,reflecting its characteristics.Achieving common prosperity is the highlight,highlighting the deeper meaning of village peasant sports for poverty alleviation and revealing its core meaning.In practice,we should explore the appropriate path for poverty alleviation through village farmers'sports in terms of"precise identification-defining criteria and applying local policies,precise management-classification guidance and key breakthroughs,and precise assistance-model innovation and mechanism optimisation",in order to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation and prosperity.
