摘 要:采用基于主体建模的方法,解构群众体育赛事的供需主体:赛事内部环境主体(决策者、承接者、接受者)和赛事外部环境主体(社会公众、社会组织),并在此基础上,从决策者、承接者以及接受者3个主要角度分析了群众体育赛事发展的困境及其优化路径,旨在探索群众体育赛事的多元主体协同发展趋向。困境:政府决策缺乏创新,监管力度不够;承办机构部分职能空有其名,协调力度不足;群众需求表达机制不完善,评估参与度低。优化路径:落实决策创新,加强赛事监管力度;匹配承接者“职、权”关系,优化资源供给主体;构建社区级反馈网点,优化群众监督与评估机制几个方面提出了群众体育赛事发展。Using a subject-based modelling approach,it deconstruct the supply and demand subjects of mass sports events,the internal environmental subjects of events(decision-makers,receivers and recipients)and the external environmental subjects of events(the public and social organisations).On this basis,it analyse the dilemmas of mass sports events development and their optimisation paths from three main perspectives,decision-makers,receivers and recipients,with the aim of exploring the multiple subjects of mass sports events,which aims to explore the trend of collaborative development of mass sports events.Dilemma:the lack of innovation in government decision-making and insufficient supervision,the lack of coordination of some of the functions of the organisers in name only,and the imperfect mechanism for expressing the needs of the public and the low level of participation in evaluation.Optimisation paths:implementing innovation in decision making,strengthening supervision of events,matching the relationship between the"duties and powers"of the organisers and optimising the main body of resource supply,and building community-level feedback networks,optimising the monitoring and evaluation mechanism of the public.
