文化技术视角下VAR技术对足球裁判工作的影响探究

摘　　要：VAR技术的运用使足球裁判工作由简单趋向复杂,引发的争议不断。文章从文化技术的角度,探讨了VAR技术的引入对足球裁判工作的深远影响。结果:VAR技术改变了足球赛事场域原本的权力关系,主裁不再拥有绝对的裁量权,球员、教练员获得挑战判罚的潜在佐证;改变了包括裁判员在内的行动者的处境,创造了技术配置下的新的场域,重塑了行动者的行为模式和惯习;该技术介入下的判罚是行动者、技术、规则组成的运作链操演出的结果,其改变了行动者的存有形态,实现了对裁判员肉眼局限的解蔽,成为感官的替代者;VAR技术的运用呈现一种递归过程,经制度化和物质化的交织互动,实现了与行动者的共同进化。结论:VAR技术配置下的足球判罚是作为文化技术的VAR召唤出来的结果。The use of VAR technology has caused football refereeing to move from simple to complex,sparking constant controversy.The article examines the far-reaching impact of the introduction of VAR technology on football refereeing from a cultural technique perspective.VAR technology has changed the power relations in the football arena,as the referee no longer has absolute discretion and the players and coaches are given the potential to challenge the penalty.It has changed the situation of the actors,including the referee,creating a new arena under the technical configuration and reshaping the behavioural patterns and habits of the actors.The penalties imposed by this technology are the result of the operation of a chain of actors,technology and rules,which changes the form of existence of the actors,unblocks the limitations of the referee's eyes and becomes a substitute for the senses.The use of VAR technology is a recursive process,which,through the interplay of institutionalisation and materialisation,achieves a co-evolution with the actors.Conclusion:football penalties in the configuration of VAR technology are the result of the summoning of VAR as a cultural technique.
