摘 要:一体化PET/MR以精准ZTE MRAC成像技术为依托,搭载Q.Clear超级迭代技术,突破了传统模板法限制,特异性组织识别分割解决了一体化PET/MR MRAC中骨质信号错配的问题以及在超级迭代重建过程中并行嵌入智能定向降噪,还原病灶真实解剖细节、明显提高图像信噪比、提高小病灶识别能力,提高TNM分期准确度,这是对更高清成像、更精准定量和反映更真实生物学本质上的突破,高清本真图像时代已来临。文章将对ZTE MRAC技术、超级迭代Q.Clear技术的应用进展进行综述。Integrated PET/MR is based on precise ZTE MRAC imaging technology and equipped with Q.Lear super iterative technology,which breaks through the limitation of traditional template method.Specific tissue recognition and segmentation solves the problem of bone signal mismatch in integrated PET/MR MRAC and parallel embedded intelligent directional noise reduction during super iterative reconstruction.Restore the true anatomical details of lesions,significantly improve the image signal-to-noise ratio,improve the identification ability of small lesions,and improve the accuracy of TNM staging,which is a breakthrough in higher resolution imaging,more accurate and quantitative and reflecting more real biological essence.The era of high-definition true image has come.This paper reviews the application progress of ZTE MRAC technology and super iterative Q.lear technology.
