摘　　要：肌少症是一种与增龄相关的骨骼肌质量与力M进行性、全面性下降的综合征,对老年髋部骨折患者危害重、影响深,在老年髋部骨折患者中发生率高。肌少症影响着老年髋部骨折的发生、发展及预后情况,但临床中极易被忽略,缺乏有效的预防及干预措施。文章主要从肌少症的定义、诊断及老年髋部骨折肌少症的相关危险因素、生物学特征、干预策略等进行综述。Sarcopenia is an age-related syndrome characterized by progressive and overall decline of skeletal muscle mass and strength.It is prevalent in order persons with serious harm and wide effect.Sarcopenia impacts the occurrence,development and prognosis of senile hip fracture.Yet it is easily overlooked clinically with no effective prevention and intervention measures.This article reviews sarcopenia's definition and diagnosis,as well as the correlated risk factors,biological characteristics and intervention strategies of sarcopenia in senile hip fracture.
