摘 要:首航国际大厦项目主体为框架—核心筒结构,存在承载力突变、扭转不规则、偏心布置、穿层柱、局部夹层等多项不规则,另设置有高位大悬挑观景平台。基于抗震性能设计,通过计算、分析,设置合理的抗震性能目标,结合罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,对薄弱部位及关键部位构件进行应力分析并采取相应的加强措施;通过对大跨度、大悬挑部位进行舒适度分析,控制人员使用时的舒适性;提出高位大悬挑结构施工安装与设计的控制要点。The Project is located in xiamen city,a scenic bay city,with 4 floors of basement and 27 floors above ground(roof height 166m,roof roof height 180m).The main functions are business and office.The main body adopts the frame-core tube structure,and there are many irregularity,such as abrupt bearing capacity,irregular torsion,eccentric arrangement,through the layer column,local sandwich,and so on,and there is a cantilever viewing platform at high.In order to ensure the safety,economic and applicable design goal,design method of structure design based on the seismic performance,through calculation and analysis,set up reasonable seismic performance targets,combining under severe earthquake dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis,stress analysis was carried out on the weak parts and key parts components and the corresponding strengthening measures;Through the comfort analysis of large span and large cantilever parts,the comfort of the use of personnel is controlled.The control points of construction,installation and design of high cantilever structures are put forward.
