摘 要:作为含水软土基坑施工之中极为重要的一环,基坑降水的成功与否,直接关系到基坑及临近变形敏感建筑的安全与稳定。依托福州市滨江市民广场基坑工程,系统分析临近既有敏感建筑软土深大基坑施工降水施工风险,探讨判定基坑降水成功与否的两个标准,进一步构建由降水实施、降水监测、降水控制与保障措施共同组成基坑降水控制系统。应用结果表明,所采用的降水方案与构建的基坑降水控制系统,对基坑降水具有较好的控制效果。As an essential part of the construction of large-scale excavation engineering in water-bearing soft soil,the success of dewatering is directly related to the safety and stability of excavation engineering and adjacent to sensitive architectures.Relying on the excavation engineering of Fuzhou Binjiang Citizen s Square,the dewatering risks were analyzed systematically.Two standards for judging the success of dewatering were discussed.Furthermore,a dewatering control system composed of dewatering implementation,dewatering monitoring,dewatering control,and safeguard measures was further established.The application results show that the dewatering was well controlled by the adopted scheme and the established dewatering control system.
