摘  要:预制泛水R角弧度美观,施工难度低,在建筑防水施工中有很强的应用性。但预制泛水本身和泛水接缝处容易开裂,对缝不齐将影响整体美观性,制约了预制泛水的发展。基于工程实际,提出一种结合BIM的预制空心带钢筋骨架GRC材料泛水施工技术。该项技术提高了预制泛水和泛水接缝处的抗裂能力,使泛水对缝整齐。通过采用空心带钢骨架形式,降低了预制泛水制作成本,在工程实际中有很强的应用性。The prefabricated flashing R-angle arc is beautiful,the construction difficulty is low,and it has a strong application in building waterproof construction.However,the prefabricated flashing itself and the flashing joints are easy to crack,and the uneven seams will affect the overall aesthetics.These problems restricted the development of prefabricated flooding.Based on engineering practice,a prefabricated hollow reinforced skeleton GRC material flooding construction technology combined with BIM is proposed.This technology improves the crack resistance of the prefabricated flooding and the flooding joints,so that the flooding joints are neat,through The hollow strip steel framework is adopted,which reduces the cost of prefabricated flashing,and has strong applicability in engineering practice.
