摘 要:科学合理的空港物流功能区布置设计,是航空物流网络发展的重要保障,也是我国"双循环"新发展格局构建的有效支撑。基于系统布置设计(Systematic Layout Planning,SLP)方法,针对空港物流运作特点,提出了改进SLP方法。改进SLP方法使用了复合预测模型,通过定量分析和定性修正形成了综合关系分析,并结合不同算例的对比讨论反馈执行了综合关系分析,还匹配土地利用现状,使用距离修正后的物流强度进行了具体布置设计和优化方案选择。以天津航空物流区为例的研究表明,使用改进SLP方法得出的方案物流强度低、契合上位规划,具备很好的适用性和科学性,为我国空港物流功能区布置设计实践提供了科学指导。The scientific and reasonable layout planning of airport logistics functional area is the primary guarantee for the aviation logistics network development, which is also an effective supporting for the new development pattern of domestic and international dual cycle in China. Based on the Systematic Layout Planning method(SLP), considering the features of the airport logistics operation, a modified and improved SLP was carried out. Firstly, a compound forecast model was used to forecasting the total volume. Secondly,the quantitative analysis and qualitative correction was used in the comprehensive relationship analysis. And then, based on the comparative discussion of different examples, comprehensive relationship analysis was reperformed. Finally, according to the status quo of land use, the logistics intensity with distance correction was used to form a specific layout planning and scheme selection. Obviously, the output scheme of the modified and improved SLP, used in the layout planning of Tianjin Airport Logistics Park, has low logistics intensity and harmonious with the up-level planning. In essence, the modified and improved SLP is well applicable and scientifical using in airport logistics functional area layout planning. Moreover, the modified and improved SLP will provide guidance for the layout planning practices of the airport logistics function area in China.
