番茄幼苗避荫反应的特征及栽培时底部补光作用的初探

摘  要:多数喜阳植物在高密度种植时为了获得足够的光源,会增加营养生长而减少生殖生长,引起一系列的表型变化,被称为避荫反应(Shade Avoidance Response,SAR).农业生产中避荫反应的产生限制了荫影不耐受作物的种植密度.本研究中我们发现番茄栽培品种Moneymaker(MM)和Ailsa Craig(AC)在低红光与远红光比例(R/FR)模拟的荫影环境下,会展现节间伸长、真叶中叶绿素和花青素含量降低的表型.实时定量PCR数据表明荫影环境促进节间中生长素响应基因并抑制真叶中花青素合成基因的表达水平.光受体突变体及色素相关突变体对荫影的响应发生了变化,光敏色素phyB1(Phytochrome B1)调控了荫影诱导的节间伸长和花青素含量变化.为了减缓番茄的避荫反应,我们尝试对荫影下的番茄幼苗进行底部补光,红光和蓝光的补充能够部分恢复由荫影造成的叶绿素和花青素减少以及节间伸长的表型.Under high-density planting conditions,sun-dried plants would increase vegetative growth and repress reproductive process to obtain sufficient sunlight,and then cause several phenotypic changes,which is called Shade Avoidance Response(SAR).The shade avoidance response would impact the planting density of shade intolerant crops in agriculture.In this study,we showed the phenotype of internode elongation and chlorophyll anthocyanin level in cultivated tomatoes(Moneymaker and Ailsa Craig)under simulated shade condition.The qRT-PCR data indicated that shade promotes the expression of auxin-responsive genes in internode and represses anthocyanin synthesis genes in leave.The response to shade were changed in photoreceptor mutants and pigment-related mutants.The mutation of the phyB1(Phytochrome B1)affected the internode elongation and anthocyanin level altered by shade.In addition,we tried to give light source at the bottom of tomato seedlings under shade,and the supplements of red and blue light can partially restore the phenotype of chlorophyll and anthocyanin reduction and internode elongation caused by shade.
