摘　　要：目的评估外周血脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)在先兆子痫患者诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2018年11月~2019年4月苏州市立医院本部45例先兆子痫患者,并收集同期45例健康孕产妇作为对照组;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清BDNF含量,同时采用实时荧光定量PCR检测外周血单个核细胞BDNF mRNA含量。结果先兆子痫患者及对照组血清BDNF含量分别为2360.40(1916.02~2804.60)pg/ml、2974.67(2296.17~3728.67)pg/ml;外周血单个核细胞BDNF mRNA表达量分别为(1.71±0.76),(2.76±0.99)。先兆子痫患者血清BDNF及外周血单个核细胞mRNA均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血清BDNF及单个核细胞BDNF mRNA诊断先兆子痫的受试者曲线(ROC)下面积分别为0.685,0.800。结论外周血BDNF在先兆子痫患者的诊断中具有一定的临床价值,BDNF含量下降可能是影响PE的危险因素。Objective In order to evaluate the clinical value of peripheral blood Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the diagnosis of preeclampsia.Methods Peripheral blood samples from 45 patients with preeclampsia and 45 healthy pregnant and lying-in women were collected in the same period from November 2018 to April 2019,the latter were taken as control group.Serum BDNF levels were detected by ELISA,and the expression of BDNF mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.Results The contents of serumBDNF were 2360.40(1916.02~2804.60)pg/mL、2974.67(2296.17~3728.67)pg/mL in preeclampsia patients and controls while the expression of BDNF mRNA in PBMC were(1.71±0.76),(2.76±0.99),respectively.Serum BDNF and PBMC mRNA levels in patients with preeclampsia were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The area under the ROC curve for serum BDNF and PBMC BDNF mRNA were 0.685 and 0.800,respectively.Conclusion Peripheral blood BDNF has a certain clinical value in the diagnosis of preeclampsia,and the decrease of BDNF content may be a risk factor for preeclampsia.
