摘　　要：后现代西方伦理学提倡多元性、开放性和包容性,尊重差异、朝向他者,让自我担负起对他者不可让与的伦理责任。后现代派作家E.L.多克特罗在《世界博览会》中使用了多重叙事结构、互文叙事等后现代伦理叙事手法,颠覆了作者权威,消解了叙事中心,这与后现代主义所主张的消解权威、推崇不确定性和差异性的精神相契合,从而揭示了在后现代社会中由于伦理道德的变化所带来的社会问题,表达了对超越种族、肤色和文化界限的后现代伦理共同体的向往。Postmodern ethics advocates pluralism,openness and inclusiveness.It acknowledges differences and demonstrates respect and concern for others,which calls on an absolute responsibility toward the Other.In his novel World's Fair,the postmodern writer E.L.Doctorow uses the narrative techniques of postmodern ethic like multiple narrative voices and intertextuality to subvert the authority of the original author,dissolve the narrative center and deconstruct meta-narrative.It fits to the spirit of dissolving authority and respects differences that are advocated by postmodernism.Doctorow reveals the social problems caused by the changes of ethics and morality in the post-modern society,expresses his desire to build a postmodern ethical community,stimulating people to think about their own moral responsibilities and provide a new perspective for the survival and development of postmodern people.
