摘 要:针对目前城市供水管道中存在的不同程度的"二次污染"现象,管道清洗是实施管网水质管理的最重要手段之一。冰浆清管技术采用冰浆作为介质来清洗管道,其核心原理是冰浆的剪切力可以达到水的2~4个数量级。实际清洗案例表明,该技术对供水管道有良好的清洗效果,能显著提升管道内的清洁程度,有效解决管网二次污染,提升了管网水质。Aiming at the phenomenon of "secondary contamination" in urban water supply, pipeline cleaning is one of the most important means to implement pipe network water quality management. Ice slurry was used as the medium to clean the pipeline by ice slurry cleaning technology, and its core principle was that the shear force of ice slurry could reach 2 to 4 orders of magnitude of water. The actual cleaning cases showed that this technology had good cleaning effect of water supply pipeline, and could significantly improve the cleanliness in the pipeline, effectively solve the secondary contamination and improve the water quality of the pipe network.
