急诊快速心律失常患者同步电复律的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的分析急诊快速心律失常患者实施同步电复律的疗效。方法40例急诊快速心律失常患者,采用电脑随机法分为实验组和对照组,每组20例。对照组患者使用常规药物治疗,实验组患者使用同步电复律治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良事件发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者不良事件发生率为15.00%,低于对照组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊救治中,使用同步电复律治疗对快速心律失常患者具有积极意义,能够提高患者的抢救成功率,保证患者的生命安全。治疗中需要确定电复律能量,掌握患者的适应证以及禁忌证,确保环境稳定,防止患者出现不良事件,提高患者治疗效果。Objective To analyze the efficacy of synchronous cardioversion in emergency department of patients with tachyarrhythmia.Methods A total of 40 patients with tachyarrhythmia in emergency department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and patients in the experimental group were treated with synchronous cardioversion.The therapeutic effects and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.00%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 15.00%,which was lower than 50.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency treatment,the use of synchronous cardioversion has positive significance for patients with arrhythmia,which can improve the success rate of rescue,and ensure the safety of patients.During the treatment,it is necessary to determine the energy of electric cardioversion,master the indications and contraindications of patients,ensure the stability of the environment,prevent the complications of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
