心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者的价值

摘　　要：目的分析心脏彩超诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者的价值。方法选取80例高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者作为观察组,另选同期体检的80例健康者作为对照组,两组均进行心脏彩超诊断。比较两组心功能指标(左室质量、左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数)。结果观察组的左室质量(254.21±9.65)g、左室舒张末期内径(56.12±2.35)mm、左室收缩末期内径(44.16±4.13)mm、左室射血分数(46.97±8.12)%均明显优于对照组的(210.23±8.62)g、(46.62±3.34)mm、(29.51±5.30)mm、(55.26±6.39)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者的诊断中,采取心脏彩超有助于患者病情的判断,为临床诊治提供有效的依据,值得推广。Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure.Methods 80 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and left heart failure were selected as the observation group,and 80 healthy patients who received physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were diagnosed with cardiac color Doppler echocardiography.The cardiac function indexes(left ventricular mass,left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction)were compared between the two groups.Results The left ventricular mass(254.21±9.65)g,left ventricular enddiastolic diameter(56.12±2.35)mm,left ventricular end-systolic diameter(44.16±4.13)mm,and left ventricular ejection fraction(46.97±8.12)%in the observation group were all significantly better than(210.23±8.62)g,(46.62±3.34)mm,(29.51±5.30)mm,(55.26±6.39)%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy with left heart failure,the color Doppler echocardiography is helpful to judge the condition of patients and provide effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,which is worthy of promotion.
