老年重症心力衰竭患者应用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的分析老年重症心力衰竭患者应用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗的效果。方法60例老年重症心力衰竭患者,采用乱数表法分为参照组和研究组,每组30例。参照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者在参照组基础上给予美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后心功能指标(左室射血分数、左室舒张末期内径以及B型脑钠肽)。结果治疗后,研究组患者左室射血分数(52.32±3.26)%高于参照组的(48.24±4.32)%,左室舒张末期内径(55.86±6.53)mm短于参照组的(59.24±5.71)mm,B型脑钠肽水平(502.37±85.24)pg/ml低于参照组的(614.05±121.06)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年重症心力衰竭患者采用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗效果理想,患者的心功能得到明显改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide in elderly patients with severe heart failure.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with severe heart failure were divided into reference group and research group by random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were treated with conventional therapy,and patients in the research group were treated with metoprolol in combination with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the reference group.The cardiac function indexes(left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,and B-type brain natriuretic peptide)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(52.32±3.26)%of the research group was higher than(48.24±4.32)%of the reference group;the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(55.86±6.53)mm of the research group was shorter than(59.24±5.71)mm of the reference group;the B-type brain natriuretic peptide(502.37±85.24)pg/ml of the research group was lower than(614.05±121.06)pg/ml of the reference group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide has ideal effect in elderly patients with severe heart failure,and it can obviously improve the cardiac function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
