缬沙坦分别联合氨氯地平和氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析缬沙坦分别联合氨氯地平和氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压的效果。方法70例老年高血压患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组给予缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察组给予缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压、一氧化氮、血浆内皮素水平,治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组舒张压、收缩压、一氧化氮、血浆内皮素均较治疗前改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率5.71%(2/35)低于对照组的31.43%(11/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦分别联合氨氯地平和氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压的效果相似,均可有效改善血压和内皮功能,但是其中缬沙坦联合氨氯地平的安全性高于缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪。Objective To analyze the effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide respectively in the treatment of elderly hypertension.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with hypertension were divided into observation group and control group by random numerical table,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide,and the observation group were treated with valsartan and amlodipine.Both groups were compared in terms of blood pressure,nitric oxide and plasma endothelin before and after treatment,therapeutic effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,nitric oxide,and plasma endothelin were improved in the two groups compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 5.71%(2/35)in the observation group was lower than 31.43%(11/35)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide respectively have similar effects in the treatment of elderly hypertension.Both can effectively improve blood pressure and endothelial function.However,the safety of valsartan combined with amlodipine is higher than that of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide.
