四妙丸治疗高尿酸血症合并高甘油三酯血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究四妙丸治疗高尿酸血症合并高甘油三酯血症的临床价值。方法120例高尿酸血症合并高甘油三酯血症患者,依据随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例。对照组予以苯溴马隆治疗,观察组予以四妙丸治疗。对比两组治疗前后血尿酸、甘油三酯、肝肾指标水平及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组血尿酸水平与对照组对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组甘油三酯水平(1.82±0.42)mmol/L低于对照组的(3.38±0.61)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论四妙丸在高尿酸血症联合并高甘油三酯血症患者的治疗中可强化甘油三酯的改善效果,综合应用价值显著,值得推荐。Objective To study the clinical value of Simiao pill in the treatment of hyperuricemia combined with hypertriglyceridemia.Methods A total of 120 patients with hyperuricemia and hypertriglyceridemia were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benzbromarone,and the observation group was treated with Simiao pill.The levels of blood uric acid,triglycerides,liver and kidney indexes before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood uric acid level of the observation group was not statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the triglyceride level(1.82±0.42)mmol/L of the observation group was lower than(3.38±0.61)mmol/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),blood creatinine(Cr),and blood urea nitrogen(BUN)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Simiao pill can strengthen the improvement effect of triglyceride in the treatment of hyperuricemia combined with hypertriglyceridemia,and its comprehensive application value is significant.It is worthy of recommendation.
