心脏康复干预对老年性心衰患者及急性心肌梗死患者心理状态和并发症的影响研究

摘　　要：目的分析予以老年心力衰竭(心衰)及急性心肌梗死(心梗)患者心脏康复干预对其心理状态及并发症的影响。方法82例老年心衰及急性心梗患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各41例。对照组予以常规干预措施,观察组在常规干预基础上加以心脏康复干预。对比两组干预前后心理状态及并发症发生情况。结果干预2周后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(40.14±4.28)、(41.30±4.42)分均低于对照组的(46.20±3.95)、(48.26±4.25)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.88%低于对照组的24.39%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年心衰及急性心梗患者采用心脏康复干预效果显著,能改善其心理状态,减少有关并发症出现,值得采用。Objective To analyze the effect of cardiac rehabilitation intervention on the mental state and complications of elderly senile heart failure patients with and acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with heart failure and acute myocardial infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional intervention measures,and the observation group received cardiac rehabilitation intervention on the basis of conventional intervention.The mental state and complications of the two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After 2 weeks of intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score of the observation group were(40.14±4.28)and(41.30±4.42)points,which were lower than(46.20±3.95)and(48.26±4.25)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 4.88%of the observation group was lower than 24.39%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac rehabilitation intervention are effective on elderly patients with heart failure and acute myocardial infarction,and can improve their mental state and reduce the appearance of related complications,which is worthy of application.
