乳腺癌改良根治围手术期应用快速康复外科护理的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治围手术期应用快速康复外科护理的效果。方法64例乳腺癌改良根治术患者,依据随机法分为快速康复外科组与对照组,每组32例。对照组给予常规护理,快速康复外科组实施快速康复外科护理。比较两组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,护理满意度,并发症发生情况。结果护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于本组治疗前,且快速康复外科组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。快速康复外科组的满意度评分为(95.24±3.72)分高于对照组的(83.21±2.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。快速康复外科组并发症发生率为3.13%低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术患者实施快速康复外科护理效果确切,可减少相关并发症的发生,减轻患者的情绪障碍,加速术后康复并提升患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of fast-track surgery nursing in the perioperative period of modified radical mastectomy.Methods A total of 64 patients with modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into fast-track surgery group and control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the fast-track surgery group received fast track surgery nursing.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the fast-track surgery group was lower than the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score(95.24±3.72)points of the fast-track surgery group was higher than(83.21±2.56)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 3.13%of the fast-track surgery group was lower than 25.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast-track surgery nursing has definite effect on patients with modified radical mastectomy,and it can reduce the occurrence of related complications,alleviate the emotional disorder of patients,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation and improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
