百令胶囊治疗联合康复护理对糖尿病肾病患者病情的延缓作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨百令胶囊治疗联合康复护理对糖尿病肾病患者病情的延缓作用。方法60例糖尿病肾病患者,根据随机数字表法分为康复组和常规组,各30例。两组患者均给予百令胶囊治疗,常规组采用常规护理,康复组在常规组基础上采用康复护理。比较两组护理满意度、护理后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理前后肾功能。结果康复组护理满意度为100.00%,高于常规组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,康复组SAS、SDS评分分别为(47.12±3.12)、(47.22±3.72)分,均低于常规组的(58.22±4.01)、(59.21±4.62)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,康复组24 h蛋白尿、尿素氮、血肌酐水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者应用百令胶囊治疗联合康复护理效果明显,有助于提高护理满意度,可改善患者心理状态,并有效改善患者的肾功能,延缓病情进展,值得临床推广使用。Objective To discuss the delaying effect of Bailing capsule combined with rehabilitation nursing on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods According to the random numerical table,60 patients with diabetic nephropathy were divided into rehabilitation group and conventional group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Bailing capsules.On this basis,the conventional group received conventional nursing,and the rehabilitation group received rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the conventional group.Both groups were compared in terms of nursing satisfaction,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score after nursing,and renal function before and after nursing.Results The nursing satisfaction rate 100.00%of the rehabilitation group was higher than 73.33%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the rehabilitation group were(47.12±3.12)and(47.22±3.72)points,which were lower than(58.22±4.01)and(59.21±4.62)points of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the 24 h urinary protein,urea nitrogen,and blood creatinine of the rehabilitation group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bailing capsule in combination with rehabilitation nursing has obvious effect on patients with diabetic nephropathy,which is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction,improve patients’psychological state,effectively improve patients’renal function and delay the progress of the disease,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
