摘  要:为提高收购整理筛的可靠性和使用寿命,为收购整理筛的静力学研究及结构优化提供理论指导。本文采用Inventor三维软件进行收购整理筛的建模及修改,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件分别对收购整理筛的重要部件——滚筒筛体和振动筛箱进行结构分析及优化,最后通过分析得出,滚筒筛体和振动筛箱的最大变形量及最大等效应力均低于许用范围,能够满足强度设计要求。本设计及仿真结果对收购整理筛的优化设计、可靠性、稳定性设计具有一定的参考意义。In order to improve the reliability and service life of Purchase finishing screen,It provides theoretical guidance for statics research and structure optimization of Purchase finishing screen.This article uses Inventor 3D software to model and modify the Purchase finishing screen,ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze and optimize the structure of the roller screen body and the vibrating screen box,which are important parts of the Purchase finishing screen.Finally,through analysis,the maximum deformation and maximum equivalent stress of the roller screen body and the vibrating screen box are far below the allowable range,it can meet the requirements of strength design.The design and simulation results have certain reference significance for the optimization design,reliability and stability design of the Purchase finishing screen.
