摘  要:本文建立了启脾丸中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种重金属及有害元素含量的测定方法。样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定5种金属元素的含量,以锗(^(72)Ge)、铟(^(115)In)、铋(^(209)Bi)混合溶液作为内标。铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种待测元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.9994),回收率在91.6%~105.8%(RSD≤7.1%),方法检测限在0.019~0.036 mg·kg^(-1)。5批样品均不同程度检出了铅、砷、汞、镉、铜,但均在安全限度之内。该方法准确,灵敏度高,启脾丸产品质量安全可靠。This paper established a method to determine the content of lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium,copper and harmful elements in Qipi pills.After the sample was digested by microwave,the content of 5 metal elements was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and a mixed solution of ^(72)Ge,^(115)In,and ^(209)Bi was used as an internal standard.Lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium,and copper have a good linear relationship(r≥0.9994),the recovery rate is 91.6%~105.8%(RSD≤7.1%),and the method detection limit is 0.019~0.036 mg·kg^(-1).Lead,arsenic,mercury,cadmium,and copper were detected in the 5 batches of samples to varying degrees,but they were all within the safety limits.The method is accurate and sensitive,and the quality of Qipi pills is safe and reliable.
