摘　　要：食品及农产品的质量安全成为社会发展过程中面临的重大问题。农产品潜在的不安全因素贯穿于田间到餐桌的全过程。本文从苹果生产的关键控制环节、安全生产关键技术和安全生产制度与生产模式3个方面分析苹果生产中的质量安全关键控制点,以期为无公害果蔬农产品生产提供参考。The quality safety of Food and agricultural products has become a major issue for human development.The potential insecurity of agricultural products permeates the whole process from farm to dinner table.The potential unsafe factors of agricultural products run through the whole process from farmland to table.the article analyzes the key control points of quality and safety in apple production from three aspects of control links,technologies,system and production mode,so as to provide reference for the agricultural production of non-polluted vegetables.It is also an important measure to increase the market competitiveness of agricultural products.
