摘  要:目的:对比电极法和离子色谱法(IC)测定茶叶含氟量的结果差异,选择更好的测定方法。方法:样品经过沸水提取后,分别采用电极法和IC法检测含氟量,从方法的线性范围、检出限、定量限、精密度和回收率5个方面对两种方法进行比较分析。结果:两种方法均能有效测定茶叶含氟量,IC法的检出限、定量限和精密度优于电极法。结论:电极法作为国标检测方法,可满足实验室日常检验工作的需要;IC法更适合低含量样品检测。实验室可根据设备条件、具体样品、客户需求等选择合适的检测方法。Objective:To compare the results of determination of the content of fluoride in tea by electrode method and ion chromatography(IC),choose the better determination.Methods:Samples were extracted by boiling water,and then the content of fluoride detected by electrode method and IC.The two kinds of methods were compared and analyzed from the aspects of linear range,detection limit,quantitation limit,precision and recovery rate of the methods.Results:Both methods could be used for the content of fluoride in tea.The detection limits,quantification limits and precision of IC method were better than those of electrode method.Conclusion:Electrode method,as a national standard detection method,can meet the needs of daily inspection work in laboratories.IC is more suitable for samples with low content.Laboratories can choose appropriate testing methods according to equipment conditions,specific samples and customer requirements.
