摘  要:为研究苎麻品种中苎3号、中苎4号的耐镉性,试验以湖南地区主栽品种中苎1号为对照,分析了3个苎麻品种水培扦插苗在0、10、30、80、150 mg/L镉胁迫下的生物量、叶片SPAD值、叶片光合参数及抗氧化酶活力等指标,并使用隶属函数方法对苎麻耐镉性进行了综合评价。结果表明:镉胁迫处理显著降低了苎麻生物量,低浓度镉处理可显著促进叶片叶绿素的合成,低浓度镉胁迫对苎麻叶片蒸腾速率、胞间二氧化碳浓度、气孔导度有显著促进作用。苎麻叶片SOD酶活力随着镉浓度的增加而显著升高,而POD及CAT酶活力随着镉浓度的增加而降低。3个苎麻品种耐镉性强弱关系依次为中苎1号>中苎3号>中苎4号。To investigate the cadmium tolerance of the ramie varieties Zhongzhu No.3 and Zhongzhu No.4, the biomass, leaf SPAD values, leaf photosynthetic parameters and antioxidant enzyme activities of three ramie varieties were analyzed, using Zhongzhu No.1, the main cultivar in Hunan, as a control. All of the three hydroponic ramie seedings were under 0, 10, 30, 50, 80 and 150(mg/L) cadmium conditions. The method of subordinate function vale was used to evaluate the cadmium tolerance of ramie. The results showed that cadmium stress treatment significantly reduced ramie biomass, and low concentration of cadmium treatment significantly promoted leaf chlorophyll synthesis, transpiration rate intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and stomatal conductance of ramie leaves. The SOD enzyme activity of ramie leaves increased significantly with the increasing of cadmium concentration, while the POD and CAT enzyme activities decreased with the increasing of Cd concentration. The cadmium tolerance of three ramie cultivars were in the order as following: Zhongzhu No.1 > Zhongzhu No.3>Zhongzhu No.4.
