摘 要:研究以中国农业科学院麻类研究所国家种质资源库长沙苎麻圃的17个苎麻品种为对象,对其叶片的叶绿素、花色素苷、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖及叶色参数(a;、b;、c;、L;)进行测定和分析。结果表明:苎麻叶片中的红色素为花色素苷,而非甜菜红素;不同苎麻品种叶片的叶绿素、花色素苷、类胡萝卜素和可溶性糖的含量及比例不同,其中,花色素苷含量与不同苎麻品种的叶色参数a;值(红/绿)呈正相关,叶绿素总含量(a、b)与a;呈负相关,且相关系数均达到极显著水平(p<0.01),类胡萝卜素含量与叶色参数b;(黄/蓝)呈极显著正相关;a;值是叶片呈红色的代表性参数,叶色参数(a;、b;)可以在一定程度上反映出17个苎麻品种叶片中花色苷和叶绿素含量的高低。色差仪的应用实现了叶色和各色素含量之间量化的关系。该研究揭示了不同苎麻品种叶片呈色与叶片色素含量的内在关联,为后续苎麻叶片颜色差异的机理及红色叶片形成的机制等研究奠定了基础,研究结果可为多用途苎麻优良品种的选育和开发利用提供理论和实践参考。In this study, the chlorophyll, anthocyanins, carotenoids, soluble sugars and leaf color parameters(a;, b;, c;, L;) of 17 ramie varieties from Changsha Ramie Nursery, National Germplasm Resource Bank of the Institute of Bast Fiber Crops, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, were measured and analyzed. The results showed as following: The red pigment in ramie leaves was anthocyanidin, but not betacene;The contents and proportions of chlorophyll, anthocyanidin, carotenoid and soluble sugar in leaves of different ramie varieties were different.Among them, the content of anthocyanidin was positively correlated with the leaf color parameter a;value(red/green). The total content of chlorophyll(a, b) was negatively correlated with a;, and the correlation coefficients reached extremely significant level(p<0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between carotenoid content and leaf color parameter b;(yellow/blue). The value of a;was the representative parameter that leaves were red, and the leaf color parameters(a;, b;) could reflect the content of anthocyanidin and chlorophyll in the leaves of 17 ramie varieties to a certain extent. The application of chromaticity instrument had realized the quantitative relationship between leaf color and pigment content. This study revealed the internal correlation between leaf color and leaf pigment content of different ramie varieties, and laid a foundation for the subsequent studies on the mechanism of leaf color difference and the formation mechanism of red leaves. The research results can provide theoretical and practical reference for the breeding and development and utilization of superior multipurpose ramie varieties.
