江门市铝灰渣利用处置出路探讨

摘　　要：2021年1月1日实施的《国家危险废物名录(2021年版)》明确了铝灰渣属于HW48类危险废物,必须按照危险废物要求进行管理。经初步排查,江门市近七十家企业每年产生大量的铝灰渣,有效解决当前江门市铝灰渣的"出路"成为生态环境保护部门一个亟需解决的问题。文章主要通过对目前江门市铝灰渣利用处置现状进行分析,从而有针对性地探讨铝灰渣利用处置出路以及建立长效机制方向,引导企业依法依规利用处置铝灰渣,促推企业走绿色、低碳、循环的高质量发展之路。The national list of hazardous wastes(2021)implemented on January 1,2021 specifies that aluminum ash belongs to HW48 hazardous waste and must be managed according to the requirements of hazardous waste.After preliminary investigation,nearly 70 enterprises in Jiangmen produce a large amount of aluminum ash every year.Effectively solving the aluminum ash in Jiangmen has become an urgent problem for the ecological and environmental protection department.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of aluminum ash utilization and disposal in Jiangmen City,so as to explore the outlet of aluminum ash utilization and disposal and the direction of establishing a long-term mechanism,guide enterprises to utilize and dispose of aluminum ash according to laws and regulations,and promote enterprises to take the road of green,low-carbon and circular high-quality development.
