摘  要:为了研究乳化沥青冷再生路面在服役期间的技术状况与路用性能衰减趋势,选择我国华北某高速公路大修工程采用的5 km厂拌乳化沥青冷再生试验路段作为研究对象,分析服役6 a内乳化沥青冷再生路面PCI,RDI,RQI,PSSI随运营年限和标准轴载累计当量轴次的衰减规律,通过硬路肩、行车道、超车道处钻芯取样试验,并基于室内力学性能试验和高低温路用性能试验,分析在役乳化沥青冷再生路面运营期间力学性能与路用性能衰减规律。结果表明,乳化沥青路面试验段的典型病害为反射裂缝,服役6 a,承受了16763922次累计当量轴次作用后,乳化沥青冷再生路面的PCI,RDI,RQI,PSSI指标分别下降至92.9(优)、89(良)、90.2(优)、93.6(优),试验段乳化沥青冷再生路面表现出了优异的耐久性能和良好的服务水平。随着服役年限增加,乳化沥青冷再生路面芯样的劈裂强度、无侧限抗压强度、动态压缩模量、三轴剪切黏聚力均呈增大趋势,相较于室内新成型乳化沥青混合料,运营期间乳化沥青冷再生路面芯样的高低温性能不减反增。受水泥水化反应、二次压密作用及新旧沥青浸润、融合作用的影响,旧沥青重新发挥出黏结强度,从而显著提高了乳化沥青冷再生混合料的力学强度与高低温路用性能。In order to study the decline of the technical condition and road performance of emulsified asphalt cold recycled pavement during service,selecting the 5 km plant-mixed emulsified asphalt cold recycled test section in the major repair project of an expressway in North China as the research object,the attenuation rules of PCI,RDI,RQI and PSSI of emulsified cold regenerated asphalt pavements in 6 years of service with operating years and cumulative equivalent axle times of standard axle load are analysed.Through testing core drilling samples at hard shoulders,driving lanes and overtaking lanes by indoor mechanical performance test and high and low temperature road performance test,the mechanical properties and road performance attenuation rule of in-service emulsified asphalt cold recycled pavement during operation are analyzed.The result shows that(1)The typical disease of the emulsified asphalt pavement test section is reflective cracks.After 6 years of service and 16763922 times of cumulative equivalent axle action,the PCI,RDI,RQI,and PSSI indicators of the emulsified asphalt cold-recycled pavement dropped to 92.9(excellent),89(good),90.2(excellent),93.6(excellent)respectively,the emulsified asphalt cold recycled pavement of the test section shows excellent durability and good service level.(2)As the service life increases,the splitting strength,unconfined compressive strength,dynamic compression modulus,triaxial shear cohesion of the core samples of emulsified asphalt cold recycled pavement show the increasing trends.Compared with newly formed indoor emulsified asphalt mixture,the core samples of the high and low temperature performance of the emulsified asphalt cold recycled pavement do not decrease but increases during operation.(3)Affected by the cement hydration reaction,secondary compaction,and the infiltration and fusion of new and old asphalt,the old asphalt regained its bonding strength,thereby significantly improved the mechanical strength and high and low temperature road performance of the emulsified
