白炭黑用量对MPU/PA12 TPV性能的影响

摘　　要：采用动态硫化方法制备混炼型聚氨酯橡胶(MPU)/聚十二内酰胺(PA12)热塑性硫化胶(TPV),通过控制橡胶相中白炭黑的用量,研究该TPV的相态、力学性能、耐老化性能和动态力学性能。研究发现,动态硫化时,随着白炭黑用量的增加,扭矩流变仪的最高扭矩上升,动态硫化速度基本不变;在本实验所用白炭黑用量范围内,随着白炭黑用量的增大,TPV的拉断强度和扯断伸长率升高,当白炭黑的用量为30份时,制得的TPV具有良好的力学性能;老化性能在较小的范围内波动;随着白炭黑用量的增大,MPU/PA12 TPV的G’降低,G"基本不变,TPV的能量损失减小。A dynamic vulcanization method was used to prepare mixed polyurethane rubber (MPU)/polylaurolactam (PA12) thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPV).By controlling the amount of white carbon black in the rubber phase,the phase state,mechanical properties,aging resistance and dynamic mechanical properties of the TPV were studied.The study found that with the increase in the amount of white carbon black,the maximum torque of the torque rheometer increased,and the dynamic vulcanization speed remained basically unchanged.Within the range of the amount of white carbon black used in this experiment,as the amount of silica increases,the tensile strength and elongation at break of TPV increase.When the amount of white carbon black is 30 phr,the prepared TPV has good mechanical properties,and the aging performance fluctuates in a smaller range.With the increase of the amount of white carbon black,the G’ of MPU/PA12 TPV decreases,G" basically remains unchanged,and the energy loss of TPV decreases.
