摘　　要：机械式轮胎定型硫化机长时间使用后需要大修,我公司在硫化机的大修和升级改造过程中总结了一些常见的问题,对其进行原因分析,并总结了在维修过程中对各类问题的解决方法。The mechanical tire forming vulcanizer needs to be overhauled after long-term use.Our company summarized some common problems during the overhaul and upgrade of the vulcanizer,analyzed their causes,and summarized the solutions to various problems during the maintenance process.
